The Under Secretary, Ms Maureen Kasande, who is representing the Permanent Secretary/Secretary to the Judiciary, is leading a team of non-judicial staff.
HW Mangeni passed away on December 4, 2024, at Mengo Hospital after a short illness.
The Very Rev. Canon Dr. Rebecca Margret Nyegenye, the Provost All Saints Cathedral is the Main Celebrant.
Late this evening, there will be a funeral service and vigil at her home in Gayaza, Wakiso District.
She will be laid to rest on Friday December 13th, 2024 in Busia District.
