The Court of Appeal has today, 18th March 2025, kicked off a two-day civil appeals and applications session, where a total of 20 matters will be handled.
The session taking place in Kampala is running today, 18th to 19th March 2025.
It is being presided over by Justice Dr. Asa Mugenyi, Justice Musa Ssekaana, and Lady Justice Stella Alibateese.
According to the cause list signed by the Court’s Registrar, HW Rukundo Allen Owembabazi, most of the appeals being heard involve land disputes. Other cases include breach of contract, adoption, labour disputes, and matters related to terminal benefits.
Appellants and their legal representatives are present in court.
