The Court of Appeal in Kampala is holding a one-day session to hear nine election petitions.
The panel of Justices presiding over the session includes Lady Justice Hellen Abulu Obura, Justice Christopher Gashirabake, Justice Ssekaana Musa, and Lady Justice Ketrah Kitariisibwa Katunguka.
According to the Causelist signed by the Court’s Registrar, HW Rukundo Allen Owembabazi, the Justices are scheduled to hear three election petition appeals and seven applications.
Petitioners and their legal representatives are present in court.
